J A S O N H A R TJason discovered his passion for fine carpentry while training with a master boat builder in New Brunswick, prior to embarking on his career in construction, as a journeyman carpenter and independent contractor. Along with his love for fine design and outstanding devotion to detail, as partner at HTC, Jason brings unique rigour and accuracy to the accounting, contracting and budgeting systems. His detailed value and design analysis optimizes the efficiency of every project, while his intuition for solving issues while respecting the functional and aesthetic requirements of the buildings, ensures accurate and streamlined execution.

Marty is an award-winning builder, well-versed in every facet of construction. He has honed his craft over twenty years, first as a lead carpenter, foreman and site manager and now as partner at HTC. A true multidisciplinary practitioner, Marty offers excellence in drafting, design detailing, 3-D modeling, surveying, timber framing and custom millwork. A keen commitment to craft and the ability to understand the full spectrum of design and construction issues have led Marty to pioneer a new way of building at HTC, which has proven to be superior in quality as well as highly satisfying for our clients and team.
